I excel at greenfield product challenges in both a B2B and B2C concepts. Have spent 15+ years pitching digital concepts to boardrooms, investors, and executives. In 2018, I co-founded a SaaS company that was acquired by a recruitment advertising firm, then a PE firm, then a strategic tech buyer. It was a two-sided marketplace with enterprise-facing tools and integrations on one end and an industry-leading, consumer (job seeker) style, mobile-first, UI/UX. We studied a lot of chatbots and found whitespace where they typically fall down. Prior to being product manager for my own company, I've was a consummate product and innovation strategist and helped grow or advise several digital transformation software consultancies from 2010 - 2018. In 2014, I was an innovation advisor to US Department of Transportation Secretary, Anthony Foxx regarding big data and connected infrastructure.And prior to all that, I spent some time as the digital guy of a really neat consumer advertising agency where I was a creative technologist who did some basic web programming as well as video editing.

Bayard did high volume recruitment advertising — we built KROW.ai downstream of all that traffic driving as it had a 2x - 4x higher conversion rate than the traditional applicant tracking system (ATS), creating better media conversion and driving cost per applications (CPAs) to the best in the industry, especially for restaurants hurting by the COVID labor market contraction. Built an amazing dev, product, and customer success team I hope to work with again someday soon. -
