JW18001-IRL Comprehensive Test Platform Application testing for multi-core non-winding insertion loss/return loss, polarity testing, aging monitoring testing, automatic detection, and single-channel manual testing. It includes functions such as scheme selection, data saving scheme, database, threshold setting, etc., to meet personalized testing requirements.2. JW8206 Fiber Ribbon Sequence Tester Designed for MPO fiber ribbon color sequence error detection, providing a fast, accurate, and efficient solution for cable production and semi-finished product testing.3. JW18001 Fiber Loop Testing System Designed for fiber loop detection, covering length detection, damage detection, insertion loss detection, red light detection, and extinction ratio detection functions.**Responsibilities**: Communicating with clients to understand specific requirements, independently completing software design, coding, and testing. Handing over software to tester or client for checking their functions.**Software Description**: Utilizing one or more serial ports (each connected to one or more devices with different IDs) to communicate with devices, controlling and reading relevant data according to different purposes in a certain order, displaying data on the software, generating curves, and completing various tests or aging functions required by users. Results are saved to databases and Excel sheets. Some software uses OpenCV to read real-time images from cameras as needed, perform filtering, morphological processing, image segmentation, contour extraction, and calculate contour feature values to determine if they match the target feature values. Some software simultaneously connects to a temperature-controlled chamber via serial port to control and read temperature during testing or aging. Some software connects to a spectrometer via a network port to control and read test data and images.
