Ø Comprehensive quality assurance, shelf life, market complaint of current and new products.Ø To handle quality assurance, shelf life, market complaint and new product development microbiology analysis.Ø To establish operating manuals for QA and Microbiology, for easiness in subordinates working.Ø Ensure proper documentation and logging of quality assurance tests and continuous improvement activities records.Ø To help to conduct audit of finished goods/raw materials/packaging supplies.Ø To provide comprehensive physico-chemical analysis of all incoming raw material finished products and packaging materials.Ø To maintain inventory of chemicals, glass wares and stationary. Ø Follow operating manuals for physical and chemical analysis.Ø To maintain personal and surrounding hygiene and follow good house keeping.Ø To coordinate with maintenance department for planned/periodic maintenance of equipment under use. Ø To participate in D, level Safety meetings, Giving safety improvement ideas and training others about safety issues.Ø To take proper care and utilization of equipments under use.Ø Participate in the internal and external QA audit programs to verify adherence to standards and regulatory requirements.Ø Maintaining Quality and Food Safety Management system to ensure adequate and effective documented procedures and records for effective quality control.Ø Develops and maintains good production practices and procedures, by promoting the hygiene and food safety awareness .Ø Conduct regular hygiene inspections.Ø Manages all QA related enquiries (product, raw materials, complaints hazards, governmental requirement.Ø Perform products test against specification and record the results.Ø Review quality testing methodology and procedures used at company production facilities to identify and resolve any quality variance.Ø Manage the use of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and or any other quality system .
