Working on the Hurontario Light Rail Transit Project in the Peel region, focusing on the following areas:Principal Contracts Administration: This involves creating and controlling of manuals, plans, and procedures based on the main project agreement and the main flow-down contracts with delivery partners. I also provide guidance to the operations teams on contractual matters, draft contractual notices, and regularly report on schedule and cost impacts, including the coordination with Project control teams to ensure accurate forecasting on cost and schedule. Subcontract Management: This includes negotiating subcontract terms, conducting kickoff and follow-up meetings, managing subcontract changes & claims, coordinating with the operations team, handling subcontract payments, bonds & insurance, holdbacks, and ensuring compliance with the Ontario Construction Act.Claims Management: Responsibilities here include drafting claim notices, responding to subcontract claims, maintaining logs that show equivalent project relief if applicable, providing guidance on record-keeping and cost tracking, and collaborating with legal and consultancy professionals for dispute resolution when needed.Technical & Commercial Coordination: This aspect involves streamlining workflows, promoting effective communication, and providing mentorship to the team members as necessary.I also support design development, interface management, Safety and Security Certification processes, procurement of professional services, and help the Finance Team with audit-related queries related to Partners and/or Subcontract transactions.Used the following software tools for contract administration: Oracle Unifier, Procore, Intellix

The plant will have four VVER-1200 reactors, making Egypt the only country in the region to have a Generation III+ reactor.On this project, I was engaged in the early stages of the project to assist with the drafting, negotiation and setting up the construction management processes for the project.
