As a project coordinator I am involved in supporting the IT project through various stages from refine to production deployment and early life support. I am responsible for the delivery of a release into production through the existing change management framework. Additionally, I have responsibilities as scrum master to 2 scrum teams. Besides the day by day activities of a scrum master, I am coaching the team to adhere to agile principles and introduce tools that improve the value of our deliverables.

As a process analyst I was responsible to create the performance metrics for the in-house team and the performance of the vendor team. I was also responsible to follow and report the team's progress with weekly, monthly and quarterly summaries. Additionally I coordinated the implementation of DevOps tasks for some projects, by planning the activities with the implementation team and keeping all stakeholders notified of the timelines agreed.
