⦁ Representative is responsible for increasing the sell-in percentages of all CORE products. ⦁ Taking inbound calls Using communication / diffusing skills to satisfy a customer Principal Accountabilities: ⦁ Executes Sales Calls which will result in maximizing sell-in percentages. ⦁ Educates and becomes an expert on company products. Supports customers in purchase of product and placing orders over the phone. ⦁ Enter orders and accurately updating information in computer systems. ⦁ Up-selling and cross-selling while discussing the offered product with all customers. ⦁ Meeting or exceeding monthly / quarterly / annual sales goals & team goals. ⦁ Using knowledge base / training material to resolve customers concerns ⦁ Reporting issues to the review departments providing quality customer services to all the clients.⦁ Making sure that all the standards are met towards team goals devised by the management.

⦁ Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants.⦁ Allocate human resources, ensuring appropriate matches between personnel.⦁ Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.⦁ Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures.⦁ Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
