Acquisitions Manager Vertical Entertainment: evaluating AR independent projects based on script and other elements such as cast, director etc across EE countries (Romania, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia) evaluating library content and making selections along with the sales team for TV or part off rights for possible distributions within the EE territories keeping track of the AR acquired projects in terms of delivery, payments or any other issue in connection to the project from the start of principal photography until final delivery placing offers for AR, TV or Part off projects and handling the negotiations until the draft contract phase.

- handling the Volume Contracts with the Major Studios (Warners, 20th Century Fox, Sony, Universal)  in terms of structure, number of hours of programming; evaluating together with the Programming, Research and Sales teams the potential revenues and returun of investment for each category of product within the contracts          - analyzing and making selections of library content from independent producers         - negotiating from scratch deals and contracts for TV fromats like THE VOICE OF ROMANIA, MASTERCHEF, THE VOCE KIDS, HELL'S KITCHEN, ROMANIA'S GOT TALENT       - attending Mips-Mipcoms and meeting all the major format development companies such as Fremantle Media, Talpa BV, Endemol, Banijay Group, BBC etc)- keeping track of all the acquisitions contracts until the final signature phase. Handling and negotiating the busniess terms and sending over along with the legal team the leagal modifications.
