Full responsability for CAPEX & Genex material procurement - production machines, spare parts, hygiene, PPE, office supplies, the whole package of utilities and services (energy, natural gas, guard, telephone services, transport for employees etc), marketing projects, ready meals projects.Negotiation the prices annual, monthly or according the needs.Negotiating deals to achieve optimal commercial, specification, compliance and contractual outcomes with vendors for building positive, long-term relationships. Drafting and negotiating contracts with vendors based on standard terms and conditions Identifying opportunities to drive improvements and contributes to their implementationPerforming spend analysis to proactively identify savings opportunitiesMaintining and improving current contract (maintaining good prices for a longer period of time, payment terms, business discounts)Market analisys (quality vs prices)Working closely with all departaments - R&D, Quality, Tehnical, Maintenance, Administrative, IT, Logistics etc, enjoying a vast experience on many categories of material.Carrying out all of the Company's Investments/Capex (construction, equipments, end to end projects etc)Solid knowledge of working with ERP systems such as SAP (creating PR - PO, managing source list and info record, tracking information regarding invoices, vendors, issuing reports related to purchasing), IBIS, CHARISMA. Purchase of spare parts for machinery and all kind of equipments, hygiene products, stationery and office supplies etc.Weekly inventory of stocks by group of materials in order to eliminate the lack of stock and maintaing stocks at minimum levels.Permanent information on suppliers in the area of ​​interest, existing or new, and preparing the database with accepted and potential suppliers.Keeping documents related to the evaluation of the supplier.Ensuring the traceability of the process by using the procurement card and other ways / IT system, ERP (Charisma)Elaboration of supply orders as required.Checking the existence of all documents, specifications necessary to process the order to the supplier.
