- Collecting data from the real estate market-Making reports and analises related to the real estate market-Actively participating in every meeting between the architecture company and the management of the company.-Member in the operative group, responsible with developing the sales offers and Marketing/ promotional plan-Responsible with introducing the project to the real estate companies, to create a link between our project and the market

-Being the principal point of contact regarding all financial matters related to bank offering and services -Dealing with all types of customers and accounts -Offering support to both potential and existing clients, answering questions about various banking products (types of accounts, saving accounts, credit offers and other bank products)-Setting up new accounts, answering any questions and solve possible problems related to individual accounts-Solving clients` issues via phone and/ or e-mail, maintaining close work relationship with other branches, in order to carry out various customers requirements

-Managing stores sales team to ensure that the customers are being helped in a timely fashion-Conducting sales and inventory management;-Assisting in employee recruiting, training and development;-Managing net revenue at store level;-Inspiring and encouraging employees to ensure high level of morale;-Assist customers and troubleshoot customer service issues when necessary;-Planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services;- Directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle. -Receiving and answering emails on a daily basis with stocks or even accounting

- Participate in trainings, to understand the products sold, so I can give as much as information as possible to the customers;- Assisting shoppers to find the goods and products they are looking for;-Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers;-Keeping up to date with special promotions and providing customers with information on pricing and product availability; -Promoting products;-Handling customers queries and complaints on a daily basis.

-Performing payment operations and relationship with the banks;-Recording of documents and producing statistical reports;-Tracking the budgetary achievements of income and expenses;-Relation with the accounting service provider;-The centralization required for fixed and consumable use.

-Receiving and registering guests as they arrive;-Controlling advanced booking and reservations;-Receiving mails and directing them to the guests in the hotel;-Build a good rapport with all guests and resolve any complaints/ issues quickly to maintain high -Receiving the payments for accommodations and allocating rooms to the customers-Complete the guests bills properly-Doing the storage of records and handling the requests of the customers as well
