During maternity leave, I discovered my passion for UX and CRO. I then decided to teach others how a better user experience and an optimized website could help them improve their business. That's why I started the project ecomgeek.ro.

Blugento & Zento are cutting-edge SaaS e-commerce solutions built on Magento. As a product marketing manager, I was in charge of the overall product marketing strategy. I have also worked with the product team and key stakeholders in order to create the product strategy and vision, improve the platform and maximize business value. During my time here, Blugento attracted a series B investment.• Initiated and coordinated the development of a theme store that decreased time-to-launch by 2.5x & managed a team of 12 developers, designers and marketers to launch it• Managed the product team on several projects to improve the functionality and UX of the platform• Increased revenue directly by attracting 50% of new business through digital campaigns • Proposed new services for cross-sells & upsells and worked on a new pricing strategy which resulted in a 75% increase in CLV over 2 years• Improved conversion funnel and ads campaigns which resulted in a 4x decrease in CPA in 6 months• Managed the process optimization & automation for clients' onboarding and lead generation • Worked with key stakeholders to create product vision and strategy for both Blugento and Zento• Gathered customer feedback in order to understand needs and priorities • Managed collaboration between design and development to create new web pages & landing pages • Created sales and customer success enablement content and product content • Led partner marketing efforts and managed communication with industry partners• Planned and implemented digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels• Collaborated with SEO and PR specialists to increase brand value and attract investors & customers• Analyzed and reported performance of all digital marketing campaigns against KPIs• Participated in Scrum meetings and planning for the launch of the new product

Outliers is an online fashion store that I created and launched in May 2014. I managed to grow the website both in terms of online presence and revenue with a very tight budget. I sold the business in 2018.• Created and grew the business from scratch and sold it 4 years later• Planned and developed the e-commerce site, from technical solution to website content• Created website content and marketing assets, kept the information up to date• Planned and implemented the online marketing strategy, monitored campaign and website performance • Analyzed sales reports & performance and discovered new growth opportunities• Worked with clothing suppliers, imported merchandise, prepared necessary documents for custom procedures, worked with financial institutions

ValueCatalyst was HR organization, with a focus on training and recruiting. While my time there, I organized two educational programs that aimed to teach students about Sales & Marketing and help them enter the workplace. I also handled marketing and communication for the organization.

During the time I worked at MindMagnet I managed one of the companies' products - iVox.ro, a Romanian online research platform with over 80.000 registered users, developed by MindMagnet.
