I am a Romanian integrated communication expert with 20 years of experience, mixing journalism, marketing, public relations, creative, digital and social media. After a solid career in journalism, with 4 years in print media and television, and several enriching experiences in direct marketing and PR, in 2007 I became one of the first employees of the agency which I’m currently running as Managing Partner. I built my career on solid foundations, so I have grown professionally step by step and I have taken increasing responsibilities, from PR Consultant to Consumer Practice Director, Head of PR Department, Client Service Director and for the most recent 11 years to my current leadership position. Along the years, I’ve been engaged with work at strategic, supervision and implementation level in numerous communication campaigns, for more than 200 clients from various domains such as FMCG, retail, real estate, IT&C, entertainment, automotive or financial. I have been the project leader of numerous successful campaigns, with an impressive track record of more than 250 international and local awards, in competitions such as Cannes Lions, EMEA SABRE Awards, Global SABRE Awards, European Excellence Awards, IPRA Golden World Awards, Romanian PR Award, Internetics or ADC*RO Awards. I also gained valuable experience as a juror in local and international competitions (e.g. Cannes Lions, Eurobest, EMEA Sabre Awards, Cristal Festival, Romanian PR Award, ADC*RO Awards, International Business Awards), as a guest speaker in various industry events and as a trainer for marcomm professionals and aspirants.
