For the last 2 years I have been the Editor-in-Chief of Green Start-Up, the only bilingual business publication in Romania with a focus on sustainability. - Managing the content and special projects strategy for the publication: BCR, Raiffeisen Bank, Orange Romania, PENNY, Fundația Brico Depot have been partners for the publication so far- Developed and implemented the concept for the Green Start-Up Sustainability Forum and Awards, a one day event organized once a year under the umbrella of the website- Continued my core activity as a journalist, to document and write about relevant companies, startups and initiatives from Romania and from all around the world for the topic of sustainability- Conducted video interviews- Developed and implemented the Work in Progress podcast with investors, entrepreneurs and managers from Romania and beyond. Resource management: Allocate resources efficiently to achieve project goals. Monitor and optimize resource utilization across multiple projects. Communication and reporting: communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner. Prepare reports to project sponsors.

I have developed my ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and to deliver the best results for each of them, within scope and on time, as well as my multimedia skills, conducting video interviews, producing video formats and video projects for the VideoCorp division. I developed my taste for storytelling at Forbes Romania, where I wrote about entrepreneurship and technology, doing interviews with some of the most well-known Romanian entrepreneurs, such as Dragoș Petrescu, Dragoș Anastasiu, Radu Enache, Ovidiu Șandor and many more. One of the last projects I was involved in at Forbes Romania was the first Romanian edition of 30 under 30.
