As a BSS Engineer my main responsibilities were:-Provide fault management and fulfillment activities on specific network nodes: BTS/TRC/BSC, NodeB/RNC, E-NodeB on multi-vendor equipment (Ericsson and ZTE)-Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.-RAN related work-order execution.-Incident and problem management-Prepare the scripts needed for new node integration for GSM, UMTS and LTE.

I was an intern in a Performance Reporting team. During my internship the focus was on understanding of the supervision operations that need to be executed in order to maintain a goodquality of the services in a telecommunication network. Also, part of the training on this position was represented by the description and understanding a series of protocols and specific technologies including: GSM, UMTS and LTE.
