I was part of the management team of an European funded project with a consistent budget that was implemented December 2010 to December 2013. My responsabilities involved: - Support for all project management activities, monthly time sheets, periodical reports - technical and partialy financial, contact and problem solving of issues raised by the 5 partners (2 universities and 3 local authorities); 8 reimbursement requests, over 98 % expenses eligible;- I directly coordinated the activity of delivering 6 free courses in 3 centers- Iasi, Timisoara and Cluj; for that I manage the authorization process, the relation with the Romanian Council for Adult Learning and Development, I attend the final exams in Iasi and manage all certificates to be awarded to our female trainees - 927 graduates; - I delivered 2 out of the 6 free courses in Iasi - How to better organize your work (30 hours/ group of 14 participants) and Reconciliation of family life with the professional domain (20 hours / group of 14 participants) - 10 sessions; - I dealt with all email and phone request for information issued by project beneficiaries and other interested persons.

As an Emotionally Focused Therapist, I guide couples through the stages of rebuilding their connection. As well I facilitate support groups regarding a variety of issues: parenthood- a world of imperfection that needs compassion, codepedency, disabilties, etcAs a trainer - I deliver open sessions or customized training solutions; my overall experience of 10 years has lead to believe that "teaching adults" is about creating the suitable opportunities for them to experiment; there is no "right" set of exercises and mix of knowledge if in the end participants have not "felt" it. My current topics of interest are : emotions and presentation contexts, affect regulation and communication, how to "perfectly" combine work and personal life without feeling guilty all the time, how to cultivate healthy, compassionate work relationship, how to raise teams (Belbin roles based). Training and recruitingAt Continental I started as a recruiter. I was involved in recruiting technical positions such as software developers, testers, hardware and mechanical engineers, IT support, but corporate positions also, such as financial analysts, supplier quality engineers and administrative positions. During my first year at Continental I partially undertook the training coordinator responsabilites, for 6 months I did recruiting and main training tasks and finally I gave up recruiting and fully devoted to the training coordination. As a local training coordinator I managed all training activies of aprox. 500 employees, that implied:- collecting training needs and updating annual training plan; - selecting and contracting the best supllier for each training session, including team buildings;- facilitating the discussions between the training provider and the local leaders in order to establish the best training agenda; - organizing and monitoring the training delivery; - collecting and analyzing the training quality assesment sheets; My best achievement during the Continental experience regards the full development and delivery of 3 soft skills programs to more than 100 colleagues during 12 months; the soft skills programs have been covered only by external suppliers and I managed to introduce the internal solution for : - presentation skills- comunication skills- time management.
