Here are some of my responsibilities: ● In-Class Events: Budget: estimate budgets, raise purchase orders, complete standard documents, review contracts Registrations & Attendance: create and send invitations to attendees; request registration links, track registrations and attendance, create reports; Feedback: request and send feedback surveys; Trainers and speakers: liaise with trainers and speakers to build agendas, find out room requirements, send final logistics details; Collaboration with suppliers: negotiate contract details, ensure that services are properly provided, answer queries; Other: act as point of contact for attendees and trainers, solve unexpected situations, organize project calls, book rooms.● Virtual Courses: organize webcasts via WebEx, record sessions, edit recordings, post recordings on internal portals ● Portal Admin and Mobile Apps: edit and update portals and mobile apps created for training events.
