Studies focused on the impact of large retailers on the attractiveness of Swedish regions, regional spillovers from increased trade, the impacts of environmental amenities and disamenities on property values, the city-suburb dichotomy, and economic revival proposals for small and medium-sized cities.Specialized in quantitative analysis and modeling and in particular in application of spatial econometric modeling in both spatial and non-spatial environments (SPSS, Stata, MATLAB). Also specialized in geospatial analysis and modeling (ArcGIS, GeoDa).
