Working as part of a team on a project aimed at monitoring software quality and associated technical risks across the software development life-cycle of a cloud-based service user to access and configure services /products. Keeping daily communication with the team from US/UK in order to design, develop and execute test plans, test scenarios considering to create new account/partner account/trials for users which will use backup and restore solutions for different types of sources.Analyzing the logs from each task of backup/restore into Linux servers and checking the DB so that the data is being saved as required. Identify, reproduce and report defects(Jira). Verified fixes and closed bugs during regression test cycle.Basic knowledge of SQL for checking the backup data for users/accounts/LDAP environments/groups.

Deployment and monitoring of case-customized solutions to the customer’s environment. Maintain constant communication with the customers; analyze any issues or requests that they may encounter and take the necessary steps to address, including coordination with the development team (collection of logs and detailed description of the issues), providing objective feedback and presenting findings to software development project teams;Monitor product’s customer facing and back-office user interface for possible issues, if encountered create detailed descriptions for the development team. Apply workarounds to ensure normal product flow for customers.
