Current- Supervise project deadlines and meetings, liaise with internal and external stakeholders/managers, and compile pertinent documentation to support manager's meetings- Develop and manage administrative processes, including formal and informal correspondence, interdivisional communications, and public records requests- Oversee payroll and accounts payable operations, encompassing budget charge coding, payroll processing, purchase orders, and expense report reconciliation in Oracle- Serve as the delegated authority for hiring, onboarding, and offboarding tasks, and generate clear, concise, and objective reports and briefings, both verbally and in writing
