I worked alongside Rodrigo Scheliga (Former Falconi and Former Tera) on initiatives focused on the company’s growth and scaling, engaging in content production, direct contact with potential buyers, and customer success (support). Along with Maicon Ferreira (Sold to VTEX), I gained important insights into product and UX while we worked on understanding how our users would utilize the tool, considering both the direct customer (employer) and the end customer (whistleblower). My role generally involved everything one would expect to be done in a startup in the go-to-market phase.
