Aderência Tecnologia da Informação is an IT company based in Campo Grande, Mato Grosso do Sul, primarily specializing in Qlik solutions for government. During my time there, I gained expertise in Qlik coding and learned how to develop business dashboards tailored to our decision-making clients. Personally coded and created over 10 dashboards.I was also responsible for conducting requirements analysis with clients, which typically involved on-site meetings, drafting software requirement documents, collaborating with developers for product revisions, and presenting the final product to clients.

My time at SafeReport was, by far, the best professional experience I’ve had. Created as a SaaS in the compliance sector, SafeReport is a regtech whose main objective is to make the work environment safer for both employees and companies through its customizable whistleblowing channels and corporate investigation program. I worked alongside Rodrigo Scheliga (Former Falconi and Former Tera) on initiatives focused on the company’s growth and scaling, engaging in content production, direct contact with potential buyers, and customer success (support). Along with Maicon Ferreira (Sold to VTEX), I gained important insights into product and UX while we worked on understanding how our users would utilize the tool, considering both the direct customer (employer) and the end customer (whistleblower). My role generally involved everything one would expect to be done in a startup in the go-to-market phase.

As an intern in industrial engineering at Plenart, a subsidiary of the Plaenge Group responsible for the rental of heavy equipment such as cranes and rack elevators, I am responsible for maintaining control over certain areas within our headquarters. My main duties revolve around warehouse control, calculating demand for orders from construction sites, managing solutions for material control, and maintaining the layout structure.In my main responsibility area, material control, I am responsible for creating a tool that encompasses Power Apps, Excel, and Power BI for data sharing among supervisors, resident engineers, and construction coordinators in the CGR region and Plenart in LDR, where our headquarters are located.

As a project manager at Treevium, I am responsible for ensuring the company's operations run smoothly. I organize the team's demands, perform quality control on deliveries, keep deadlines on track, and most importantly, I am responsible for developing new processes and documenting our current processes.

As the protocol director at Interact Club Campo Grande University, located in district 4470, I was responsible for orchestrating the weekly meetings, as well as actively assisting in organizing the social projects promoted by the club.

Through my high school, Dom Bosco, I had the opportunity to participate in a scientific initiation project at the Dom Bosco Catholic University, UCDB. There, I was part of the team led by Prof. Dr. Fernando Magalhães Filho in the research project titled "Management, handling, and drainage of rainwater through indicators and applied geotechnologies."
