- Planning, Forcasting, designing of Mens Tops, Jacket Shirt, Kids Wear Tops and bottom, Footwear Mens & Ladies, Accessories like underwear, fragrance, eyewear and socks two main brand such as Rrj and Mr.Lee.- Partners with Product and Material Sourcing and manufacturers to develop new materials, construction and techniques, processes, and samples used to create innovate and technically superior products each season.- Research and evaluate new fabric materials, branding application, print application stay up to date with the trends and quality of each products per brand.- Create specification for the products, publishes and maintain all records style files and samples associated the product and related programs.

- Planning, forecasting and designing of footwear.- Work with product team to innovate ideas and concept for footwear products and pricing- Work with the design and coordinate with the vendor, to create fit & wear prototypes to ensure proper sizing, fit and function of intended product design.- Research and evaluate new materials, manufacturing processes and trends that may be used for product innovation.- Monitoring of inventory and sales to recognize the best selling and slow moving product every week using Distribution Management System (DMS) software.

- Create Social Media Advertisements.- Design Accel PBA Calendars- Assigned as Photographer for yearly PBA calendar and Accelendorsers.- Create and design marketing banners, billboards, in-store signage, brochures and leaflets.- Create and maintain Accel Website design and layout.

- Evaluate store window display and redesign if necessary based on the guidelines provided.- Advise and Provide Store/Department Managers guidelines on how to display products- Develop graphic materials that used by Accel Stores nationwide- Design Store Interior layout.

- Coordinating team members to identify photography needs- Reviewing photos, editing and making necessary changes- Work with the creative team to create, plan and deliver a strategic vision for clients.- Manipulating photos to achieve highest quality using theappropriate tools in photoshop- Staying up to date with new image editing technologies

- Create design for souvenir materials such as Tshirts, mugs, button pins and etc.- Print the design on souvenir materials using heat press machine or other machine appropriate to the materials.- Operate printing machine and perform troubleshooting if the machine is not working properly.
