Min was enrolled in the Quality Migrant Admission Scheme (QMAS, aka 优才入境计划) of Hong Kong in 2021. Leveraging her experiences of working and living across Mainland China and Hong Kong, Min founded her consultancy company YOUNG Overseas focusing on bringing top talents to Hong Kong through the Hong Kong QMAS. Prior to starting up her own business, Min exercised corporate and brand communications at both leading international public relations firms and multinational corporations across Shenzhen, Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong since 2005. She specialized in technology, IT and hospitality industries, as well as "Chinese brands going global" practice. She provided strategic counseling to brands on corporate messaging, communication planning, media strategy, crisis management, etc., and led a series of regional projects in Europe, Hong Kong and mainland China. A good team player, Min is meanwhile a highly motivated individual, hard working, well-disciplined and detail-oriented, able to work under different cultural settings. Min is trilingual, and loves language and cultures.
