As a Cybersecurity Researcher I played a pivotal role in establishing the first Armed Forces course focused on cybersecurity for industrial systems. Leading the design and implementation of the course, I developed the complete curriculum, coordinated logistics, and managed the delivery of training. This course covered essential topics such as the evaluation and exploitation of industrial protocols, SCADA system assessments, and the fundamentals of industrial systems.I was also actively involved in the recruitment and selection process for staff at the Laboratory.Additionally, I provided technical consultancy for large-scale software acquisitions with values in the millions, ensuring the integrity and security of the solutions purchased.

As a Cybersecurity Software Development Project Manager, I led the SCA project, a Single Sign-On (SSO) system. In this role, I was responsible for overseeing contractual compliance and managing the development stages, ensuring the integration of cutting-edge security practices. My duties included collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, managing schedules and budgets, as well as ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory standards. This project stood out for implementing robust solutions for authentication and authorization, significantly enhancing the security of corporate information.

In that period, I served as a military instructor at the Instituto Militar de Engenharia, a premier school for graduating officer engineers in the military. In addition to my instructional duties, I was tasked with overseeing the Physical Training program for the entire institute. This role involved designing specialized training regimens tailored for both students and faculty members, enhancing physical readiness and performance across the board.Furthermore, I coordinated all military activities for the institute's military students, ensuring disciplined and effective training operations. Additionally, I held the responsibility of Ammunition Control, managing the storage and distribution of munitions within the barracks, maintaining strict safety and accountability standards.

During my tenure, I served primarily as a platoon commander for recruit soldiers, focusing on their foundational training and conducting courses for temporary corporals and sergeants. My responsibilities extended beyond training to include managing comprehensive military exercises such as rifle and pistol shooting sessions, field camping, and overseeing all aspects of physical training.Additionally, I was in charge of ammunition management at the barracks, ensuring strict adherence to safety and inventory protocols. Following this, I transitioned to leading the personnel, health, and payment section. In this capacity, I managed key administrative functions, including personnel movements, promotions, payroll, and health matters for all military personnel at the barracks. I also oversaw the publication of the internal bulletin, a critical document that outlines the legal rights and duties of military members, ensuring transparency and compliance within the institution.
