Senior Sales Executive
Current• Hitting the target by using sales techniques and product knowledge in line with KPI’s objectives, by proven sales techniques such as active listening, building rapport, and overcoming objections to guide clients through the buying process.• Providing the highest level of client service to support sales growth.•Delivering client experience as per corporate standers and fostered loyalty and strong client relationship.• Communicating with clients to satisfy their needs, meet or exceed their expectations.• Weekly update and report to the VM management team, to track our progress and if there is any challenges we are facing and recommendation for improvement.• Follow the bronze, visual merchandising guidelines and create an appealing and attractive store display, to keep a professional image for the store.• Responsible for product transfer and delivery, opening / closing of the store, EOD reports.• Submitting my monthly report to the management which includes my sales amount and KPIs for the month to track my performance and identify areas for growth and improvement, and make necessary adjustments to my sales strategies.
