I'm Software Engineer and Certified Professional Scrum Master who helps and coaches organizations and teams to build and deliver successful complex products in complex environments.My mission is to establish Scrum by helping everyone understand Scrum theory and practices and foster an environment that allows the organization and the teams to enforce and adopt Scrum successfully.Contrary to popular belief, Software product development is a sensitive and demanding job. In many cases, you might end up with dissatisfied stakeholders or developers. As a Software Engineer and Professional Scrum Master, my primary objective is to foster an environment that constantly keeps both Developers and Stakeholders satisfied and pleased.Before I became a Software Engineer and Scrum Master, I had a chance to work with different teams and companies in various roles, namely Backend Developer, Frontend Developer, Full-stack developer, Tech Lead, etc. During those years, I've encountered many obstacles and challenges, which helped me gain exceptional experience in Software Product development. Those challenges and problems motivated me to devote the rest of my career to supporting and coaching teams and organizations to establish Scrum or other Agile Frameworks.
