(i) During this period his key responsibilities were to construct:- 14 Storied Academic Bhaban in/c. Single Basement having floor area 16000sft./floor (present construction ground floor and basement floor), 6-Storied Student Hall, 5-Storied Library Bhaban, 5-Storied Dormitory Bhaban, 4-Storied Professor’s Tower with 10-Storied Foundation at Dhaka University of Engineering & Technology (DUET), Gazipur and 6-Storied Medical Services Unit at National University, Gazipur. (ii) Field supervision of different construction works like academic buildings, administrative building, library, laboratory, 2 nos. 100-bedded student hall, 2 nos. 32-bedded student hall (as the case may be) developed under this district. He maintained correspondence with the head of the Institutions, Deputy Commissioner, member of parliament and other important representatives of the district.

(i) He was involved as Assistant Engineer (Civil) in field supervision of one landmark construction work of 14 Storied Academic Bhaban of National University at Gazipur District. Its is the highest amount in single work order & tallest tower building in University sector of Bangladesh with modern architectural design. (ii) He was also engaged in Planning monitoring and making liaison with Director General, Secondary & Higher Education, Ministry of Education, Planning Commission and other relevant organization for smooth functioning of the Projects (Extension of existing buildings) on behalf of Chief Engineer, Education Engineering Department. This Project area covered all over Bangladesh. There were 2000 Nos. High School, 120 Nos. Madrashas & 200 Nos. Colleges for Civil, Sanitary & Electrical works and also with supply of furniture. The Total Project cost was 48307.00 lac (GOB). (iii) He also worked as Assistant Engineer to construct the foundation work (mat casting) for proposed 12 Storied International Mother Language Institute at Segunbagicha, Dhaka (The work is still suspended due to some unavoidable situation).
