Pre-commissioning, commissioning, start up and operation of 0.75mtpa LNG plant.• Performed dry out, leak test, dew point test on dehydration system, mixed refrigerant system, liquefaction system, and confirms pipeline loop, and valve line-up.• Carry out routine checks on plant equipment for abnormalities to report defects noted in equipment and coordinate with the reporting supervisor to arrange for servicing.• Performed antifoam injection to amine contactor and reflux drum to control foaming and contactor high pressure differential.• Charged Lean Amine/ demineralized water to Amine Reboiler unit to makeup level to compensate for vapor losses.• Monitored process parameters such as pressure, flow, temperature and level to ensure they are within operational range.• Adjust and monitor the alternations of speeds, temperatures, pressures and flow rates as necessary to ensure that shutdown and start-up operations are effectively performed.• Performed visual checks and inspection of transmitters, gauges, differential gauges, tank farm, pump station equipment as directed by supervision.• Received chemicals such Amine solvent, Anti foam solvent and Caustic soda, maintained stock/consumption register and prepared chemical batches required for plant process ensuring adherence to HSE procedures and Rules.• Keep effective and constant communication with DCS operator to ensure smooth running of plant equipment.• Monitor trains instrument air compressor, auxiliary air compressor and nitrogen compressor status, running and operational conditions, and give feedback to DCS operator.• Performed mixed refrigerant make up such as Ethylene, Methane, Nitrogen, Propane, and i-Pentane to maintain Braze Aluminium Heat Exchanger operating temperature.• Performed skimming operation by lining up Amine contactor to flash separator.• Monitored Pump operating conditions such temperature and vibration, pump seal fluid temperature and seal cooling water temperature

* liaise with the CCR operator for cryogenic LNG pump start up operations.Proper berthing/ parking of LNG cargo and truck respectively before loading and discharging operations Coupling and lining up of the necessary valves of LNG for both the liquid line and BOG line of the cargo/Truck before loding/discharging of LNG.* Depressurizing/pressurizing of the tank to meet up with the header pressure before loading/discharging of LNG for both trucks and cargoes *Pre-cool the tank to ensure that the receiving tank temperature for liquid line and BOG line reach minimum of -120C and -40C respectively.*After the truck/cargo meet up the interlock on the HMI I.e weigh bridge, PLC, TAS and prosper earthlings then you commence loading/discharging of LNG. Purging of the LNG line with nitrogen of any LNG before decoupling to ensure safe operation.
