In my role as a Tendering Manager, I am responsible for managing the entire tendering process for various engineering and construction projects, from pre-qualification to awarding. My main focus areas include ensuring compliance, maintaining quality, delivering projects on time, and ensuring cost-effectiveness. I have successfully handled multiple tenders for large-scale and complex projects. I have experience overseeing procurement and contract administration activities such as sourcing, negotiating, evaluating, and monitoring suppliers and contractors.I work closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and clients to ensure that the project requirements and specifications are met. I am passionate about applying my expertise in supply chain and project management to contribute to the excellence and innovation of C&P and its clients.
