As the head of design I shape the brand and ensure that the company's appearance and feel match its long-term vision and market strategy. I create and maintain a coherent and unique visual style for the company, as well as make the user experience with our products engaging and satisfying.

Design was not a priority or a strength for Loovatech when I came onboard. I took on the challenge of elevating the role of design in the company and ensuring that our digital products stood out and impressed our clients. I accomplished this by setting up and lead the design department and managing the design team, which helped us launch of many successful and beautiful digital products.

I helped launch and grow many brands and digital products as a freelancer. I advised and participated in creating brand identities, visual styles, digital design and marketing materials for them. I worked with different types of clients and projects, and I delivered high-quality and creative design solutions.

For several years, I developed and improved the company's corporate style and all marketing materials, which laid the foundation for a large-scale rebranding. I also took part in designing a large number of internal services and assisted in launching international marketing campaigns.

As a senior designer, I established the distinctive visual style of the studio and helped other designers work on their tasks. I was responsible for creating and maintaining the design guidelines and standards, as well as providing feedback and support to the junior designers.

I was the only designer in a design studio for a long time, and I worked hard to make design a key factor that set us apart from our competitors. Because of this, the studio became one of the best in the region, while high-quality design solutions helped drawing in many clients and projects.
