With over 10 years of experience, I am passionate about solving problems at scale and creating value for customers and stakeholders. As a guest lecturer at Hasan Kalyoncu University, I share my insights and knowledge on innovation management, renewable energy systems, and entrepreneurship with the next generation of leaders and changemakers.Previously, I served as the CIO at AVS Global Ship Supply & Catering, where I led the digital transformation and product development of the company, as well as the co-founder and managing director of Novu Technology Group, where I launched and scaled several innovative ventures in the marine tech space. I also have a strong background in project management, quality management, and business development, having worked with global clients and partners in the engineering and marine solutions sector.I hold a master's degree in project management from the University of Southampton, a bachelor's degree in marine transportation from the State University of New York Maritime College and Istanbul Technical University, and an associate's degree in logistics and supply chain management from Anadolu University. I speak Turkish and English fluently and have a keen interest in public speaking, product management, AI, and project management.
