However, by the second week, vacation sales plummeted, and customer complaints and refund requests increased. In response, WAGA temporarily pulled the app from stores to investigate these issues. While initial metrics showed VacAI filled a market need, the sharp decline in sales and customer satisfaction revealed deeper problems.Due to my training in the AICE program, I was selected to resolve the issues.
