I started my professional career as a Technical Support Engineer at Alestra. Through the company I developed my profile, and over time, I evolved into a Focused Engineer, which exclusively provided attention to a specific range for VIP clients at any moment of any day.My role evolved even more and I began to get involved in the client's business processes thanks to the knowledge and sensitivity I acquired by learning about their business, which develops naturally on a day-to-day interaction with the client.As Operations Manager, my role focused on activities such as staff coordination, ensuring continuity and resource allocation, leaving the technical operation issue to focus on more customer-focused issues, results and service optimization. I became the face with the client in all areas including design, contract, sales, operation and continuous improvement.At #Sotecti I have enjoyed continuous learning in which my experience has expanded. I see the complete process of selling a client from the closing of the sale to the implementation and operation of the final project. The moment that I enjoy the most in the engineering part is the one that is implemented in post-sale - from implementation to operation.
