Engaged in organizational meetings at Inver Hills to plan changes in Student Life and Campus budget, policy changes and growth in community.Spoke with students on the importance of free college, and participation of Student Life Referendum, which led to a student life fee increase by $1, increasing funds available to use by clubs on the campus by over $20k.Responsible for drafting meeting agendas, and working with excel spreadsheets to update student life budget and making quality of life changes for calculations.Plan and executed a new budget plan for small communities and large clubs on the campus by reviewing the current budget and implementing changes that would benefit all students.Initiated new project, "Investment Analysis" creating an efficient method of tracking metrics that contributed to better investments for students in the future.

Engaged in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and providing solutions for staff and students at Inver Hills Community College by supervising maintenance of computers and laptops, external hardware, and software. Met with students and staff to educate them on using and maintaining STARID information through Minnesota School System. Used JIRA, a customer software and ticketing system to document issues and solve problems effectively.
