This project, undertaken for a major financial sector player, focuses on migrating the client's telephony activity management system from an on-premise tool to a Cloud-based tool. The primary objectives include ensuring seamless data integration into a Snowflake data warehouse through the utilization of Azure Data Factory. This mandate is divided into two key components: firstly, ensuring data quality by implementing a Python program for generating profiling reports, and secondly, contributing to the development of pipelines responsible for extracting, transforming, and loading data into the Snowflake data warehouse.The tasks encompass designing a client-accessible web profiling tool using the Python Flask framework to generate data quality reports, implementing Data Factory pipelines for extracting data through API calls, performing necessary transformations, and loading it into the target warehouse. The project also involves conducting thorough tests on various pipelines to guarantee the smooth operation of different integration flows.

In this role, I engaged in cross-functional tasks spanning both backend and frontend responsibilities. My primary focus was on implementing an ETL data integration solution, extracting information from diverse business applications, performing necessary transformations, and generating reports with metrics on client (patient) interactions. Additionally, I contributed to redesigning the company's BI architecture, collaborated with clients to identify reporting needs, developed SSIS packages and SQL objects, implemented a CI/CD process with Azure DevOps for report deployment automation, and automated report delivery to stakeholders through Power Automate flows, ensuring prompt distribution upon deployment.

As a BI manager, I am in charge of implementing a new analytics solution to support the board management tracking the projects financial performance and make strategic decisions accordingly. More specifically, my activities cover :- Conducting regular workshops with stakeholders to elicit requirements, model the scope and identify the business rules.- Analyzed the databases and performed the required operations such as data mapping, cleansing, and manipulation- Implemented an internal data warehouse respecting the standards of ETL processing. This helped to gain more flexibility over the information and consolidate data originating from diverse sources. - Continuously revised the data model to fit the requirements, optimize it in order to enhance the calculation performance- Managed the project and maintained a project management plan that helped to track activities and milestones- Produced first prototypes with Microsoft power BI using DAX technology to retrieve and present data, this helped identify patterns, track the overall performance of the project and subsequently take decision accordingly.

Implemented new software that captures physical measures of AirplanesFresh IT engineer, I am in charge of a substantial project within Airbus of implementing a new software using the technology Python, PHP, and JavaScript. This software is used by flight engineers to track the performance of airplane components. This was a challenging project since the existing tool required a comprehensive review/optimization of its core functionalities. At the end of the chain, I was responsible for implementing the Microsoft SQL Reporting services that would retrieve and present data. This help to identify patterns and trends among the different variables and subsequently take decision accordingly.

As a member of CIMPA SAS IT team, I am in charge of managing IT projects as well as designing new technological solutions to support business activities. In addition, I ensure IT support operations in order to maintain a good operational level of our internal applications.Main activities :- Initiated the project and conducted workshops to elicit requirements with stakeholders from different Airbus sites in Europe.- Modeled the business processes to identify the root problematic, point the critical elements and share a holistic view- Produced future state processes and presented prototypes to stakeholders in order to obtain approval prior to implementation.- Implemented the new solution, set up the database and executed tests prior to the operational phase. A disciplined approach was followed to ensure the quality of the product and avoid costly maintenance afterward- Provided BI support on SQL Server package, to assist the management board by analyzing the reporting requirements, giving objective advice and producing effective reports.- Integrated different Datamarts running various business applications in a Data Warehouse using SSIS, this enabled to create OLAP environment for multidimensional analysis and decision-making. in the other hand, SSRS would enable to deliver Ad Hoc reports assisting the management.

Over summer 2014, I completed my Co-Op program with the largest aircraft manufacturer Airbus SAS. My experience enabled me to accrue a great deal of knowledge about marketing strategies within Airbus as I was in charge of building a solution to automate communication plans management, provide KPIs and Ad Hoc reports to the head management.Main activities :- Facilitated workshops with marketing managers to elicit the requirements to identify the scope and model the processes.- Modeled the current business processes, analyzed the existing database and related interfaces, this enabled to shed light on the root issues and the key aspects to address.- Produced and communicated the general documentation including technical specifications to ensure that all stakeholders share a unique understanding of the project.- Implemented the application through an iterative process, this enabled to deliver results progressively, get instant feedback and keep the general commitment of all stakeholder.- Integrated the analytics solution Power BI for reporting purposes. This helped to communicate KPIs and general insights on the marketing plans (using SQL queries).
