I developed an accident investigation process and method to provide guidance and applicable documentation.I created a SharePoint site enabling cross departmental database to provide information access for all departments. To improve on-time customer pickups, I added checkpoints throughout the service process to monitor and track drivers. We established a money-back on-time guarantee to increase business and motivate drivers to meet customer demands. We achieved a 99.3% on-time execution of scheduled customer pickup time.
