After graduating in Mechanical Engineering, I joined Alenia Spazio spa in Turin (now Thales Alenia Space) as a thermal and thermofluid dynamic designer and analyst.In 1995, I was hired by the Technical Office of the Lavazza Group.At the same time, I carried out the activity of internal ISO9001 auditor and Health & Safety Manager for the Lavazza Headquarters.From 2001, I began to work as Plant Manager of the Lavazza factory in Verrès and then as Production Manager of the Lavazza plant in Gattinara.Later, I was tasked with creating and leading a multifunctional Product Engineering team.From 2010, I again assumed the position of Plant Manager of the Lavazza plants in Turin and Verrès, and from 2013 of the Verrès plant, which I managed to close in 2016 and then dismantle.From September 2016 to January 2024, I held the role of Process & General Equipment (P&GE) Senior Manager at Lavazza's Engineering & Industrial Development Dpt with the delegation of “Responsabile dei Lavori (Titolo IV decreto legislativo 81/2008)”.I currently hold the role of Capex & General Services Senior Manager, always within the Engineering of the Lavazza Group, taking responsibility for the control of Capex Engineering worldwide.
