The Chamber of Commerce Switzerland Central Europe SEC is Switzerland's most important organization which is bridging Switzerland and the 17 CEE countries regarding business, science&education and society. Having been elected President and MD in mid 2021, I took over this 23 year old chamber in a crisis. Thanks to strengthening our board, hiring a small, talented team, creating a new strategy and new services, and executing them as good as we could and by curating a powerful community of engaged people, institutions and companies across Switzerland and CEE we were able to - Grow our member base by over 100% - Doubling our revenues across all income streams and create a profit for the first time in many years- Improve our recognition and standing - Creating many new, often innovative initiatives As a non profit organization and a "good" company we aim at making our partners and members more successful. We are a bilateral Chamber of Commerce meaning we serve Swiss and CEE companies and individual alike. Our services include consultations (export, sourcing, investments), connecting our community (events, networking), informing and inspiring our audiences via LinkedIn, homepage, newsletter, webinars and we also take on various kinds of projects, such as trainings, event organizations and more.

I lectured various topics including exports in Europe, intercultural management and IT in Europe. In 2022 I started as assessor and productivity coach in ZHAW's MBA program.
