Current- Design, coordinate, and execute middle-term strategy and planning in !mpact division to create an Indonesian documentary ecosystem that enables social change.- Organize capacity-building workshops for Indonesian documentary filmmakers since the development, production, to early post-production phases of their projects.- Produce relevant knowledge on impact producing and distribution using documentaries in Indonesia through experimentations, literature studies, and exchange learnings with changemakers, communities, and other stakeholders.- Build and maintain relations with the stakeholders, including documentary filmmakers, film festivals and forum/lab organizers, cultural organizations, and changemakers.- Contribute to improving organizational management systems through experimentation and continuous learning in offline, online, and hybrid working environments.
