- Design, coordinate, and execute middle-term strategy and planning in !mpact division to create an Indonesian documentary ecosystem that enables social change.- Organize capacity-building workshops for Indonesian documentary filmmakers since the development, production, to early post-production phases of their projects.- Produce relevant knowledge on impact producing and distribution using documentaries in Indonesia through experimentations, literature studies, and exchange learnings with changemakers, communities, and other stakeholders.- Build and maintain relations with the stakeholders, including documentary filmmakers, film festivals and forum/lab organizers, cultural organizations, and changemakers.- Contribute to improving organizational management systems through experimentation and continuous learning in offline, online, and hybrid working environments.

- Organize various capacity-building workshops and pitching forums for documentary filmmakers, particularly in data management, correspondence with selected participants, coordination with mentors, hospitality, and event schedule.- Contribute to strategic planning and network building through research and participation in film events such as forums and film festivals.- Curated a shortlist of Short and Feature Documentary Film nominations in Festival Film Indonesia 2018-2020 as In-Docs' recommendation.

Create subtitles and close captions in Indonesian and/or English for feature/short films and commercial videos.
