Software Engineer
Current• I'm working on developing, enhancing, and supporting of Warehouse Management Systems known as Made4net/Matflo WMS for various clients (RAM, ZAMMSA, VODACOM, GMD) in the Supply Chain and Logistics Industry.• Provide technical support for frontend and backend related issues.• I'm working on backend and frontend building Web API using C# for Customer portals integrating to WMS to increase productivity using C# programming and supporting major Entities(VODACOM, RAM, ZAMMSA, GMD).• Engage and learn about complex business rules related to the Supply chain in areas such as Warehouse management systems, machine learning within WMS.• Collaborate with the development of new features, enhancements and fix existing system bugs.• Analyze existing code to understand performance impact and propose solutions.• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems.• Write well-designed, scalable, and testable code.• Design software solutions that efficiently fit in an existent application ecosystem.• Be able to take requirements from business stakeholders on software needs and build on them.• Lead code reviews to drive code implementations towards the best results.• Advice on software development best practices.• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex methodologies and results to the technical team.• Development of high-quality solutions in various technologies such as C#, C++, VB, MS SQL Server, and Integration to different ERP systems, Jira, Bitbucket, Git, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Razor, Blazor, .Net Core 3.1, Rest & Web APIs, Entity Framework, Jwt Authentication, SQL Server, Visual Studio 2022.
