• Delivered a quick win field development project, built a trimmed down fit-for-purpose model, that helped reduced project delivery time and supported efforts by the company to retain the license of a key lease.

• Managed the asset team’s opportunity generating process (a continuous improvement initiative) for 3 years, collaborating with team members and reviewers to facilitate well and reservoir reviews, that generated over 150.
• Managed a portfolio of short-term oil and gas generating opportunities (another continous improvement initiative), engaging key stakeholders to plan and execute activities that added 10,000 barrels of oil per day.
• Led process improvement efforts, for a key oil field that moved the field from one that required significant improvements, to one that met minimum standards in well and reservoir management process.
