I am a BSc holder from Wisconsin International University College, Accra, Ghana with a strong foundation and background in economics. I developed a keen interest in economics from my senior secondary school days at Methodist High School, Owerri. I proceeded to study Economics at Wisconsin International University College, Ghana after realising I wanted to build a career in economics and finance. I worked hard, adapted and learnt a lot during my time in Wisconsin. I enjoyed analysing and applying economic theories in day to day living and also loved to research and teach economic related courses which led to me joining the Tutors association of Ghana (Wisconsin branch) in my final year and going on to tutor my mates in labour economics. I also learnt how to use different research, financial and data analysis tools during my final year in Wisconsin. I carried out a research project on "Savings culture amongst Ghanaian workers" where I used tools like Social Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) and Excel for data analysis. I also learnt how to use SWOT analysis in analysing business strength, weaknesses and opportunities during my final year in Wisconsin. I was posted to the Federal Ministry of Finance for my NYSC. During my time at the Federal Ministry of Finance where I served as an intern at the department of technical services, I improved my analytical skills through conducting in-depth research, analyzing complex economic data and attending conferences and workshops within and outside the ministry. These experiences have equipped me with the ability to identify trends, forecast market behavior and provide strategic insights to drive decision-making processes and policy implementation. My proficiency in statistical analysis and data analysis tools such as SPSS, Word and Excel has enabled me to interpret financial information accurately while also presenting findings in a detailed and clear manner. My quick adaptability, intelligence and mental strength has given me the belief that I can be a force in the field of finance, economics and other related fields.
