As a compassionate and mission-driven physician executive dedicated to quality care, I optimize clinical operations, lead quality initiatives, and guide medical staff in performance excellence. I am a respected clinical leader who desires to improve healthcare outcomes and increase access to care for all.I have led change management, identifying process improvements to better serve physicians and patients alike in healthcare workflows and service delivery throughout my career. Operationally, I bring committee leadership, board advisory, and medical site direction. I am currently a family physician at Methodist Physician Group of Methodist Hospital and was recently in a dual role as president of the medical staff as well. A few of my noteworthy accomplishments include:-Playing a key role on the Methodist Hospital board to influence key decision-making, mitigate risk, improve quality functions, and boost adherence to Medicare and Medicaid requirements. -Being selected to chair Methodist Hospital’s Medical Staff Quality and Leadership Performance Improvement Committees to improve hospital-wide workflows and care delivery, setting new policies and staff support for patient-centric care.
