Obi was employed as a Site Manager in 2012 by one of the leading housing developers in London, over the years he developed a profound understanding of systems and processes in achieving goals. Despite spending 4 years self educating himself about the financial markets before embarking on the journey of becoming a full time trader, none of the knowledge was clear until Obi was able to systematically develop an understanding of how trading should be viewed. A set of variables, a personal mathematical equation with a need of emotional intelligence, a deep understanding of risk, probabilities and the requirement to adopt some of the lesson from his previous career for goal acquisitions, solid systems and processes. Through his desire Obi is now becoming a credible personnel in this field with 7 years of authentic retail trading experience; building consistent returns from trading performance.Obi now provides aspiring traders counselling, but most importantly the correct mental approach in developing a consistent mindset for trading performance.
