DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES* Effectively ensure good quality procedures by draining water from the Bowser/refueller trucks stumps prior to every refuelling operations.* Handling and positioning of refuelling trucks and all pertinent equipment in accordance with the company's aviation service procedure.* Carry out professional, on time and effective refuelling of customers aircraft, meeting operational standards at all times.* Carryout on the spot quality checks of the ATK before refuelling the aircraft.*Ensure optimum inventory management of product at any time in crewman's custody.* Prepare all related documents for aircraft service and ensure customer's acknowledgement before distribution.* Ensure all Environment, Health and Safety standards are strictly adhered to in the discharge of all responsibilities.*Constantly liaise with maintenance department as regards serviceability of Bowser.* Involvement in Bowser loading operations and sign off with Tankfarm.* Develop and maintain good customer relationship and competitive operational disposition.* Ensure efficient handling techniques and technical serviceability of refuelling equipments at all times.* Carryout 360 degree check of the refuelling equipment before leaving the facility.* Prepare the ADI after each aircraft refuelling operations.* Execution of assigned responsibilities in line with ISO standards.* Support the fire-fighting team during emergencies.* Distribute customer feedback forms after each refuelling operation to know how to serve our customers better.* Distribution of customer survey forms to all customers.

Responsibilities:• Build and sustain effective communication with client and other stack holders on the project.• Ensure and maintain a first time right principle.• Monitor overall progress and use of resources, initiate corrective action where necessary.• Develop and maintain project plan in stages/phases with detailed activities in order to measure performance.• Plan, Schedule and drive preventive maintenance on telecom infrastructure• Ensure adherence to all on field and safety rules• Drive field work force to endure seamless of corrective maintenance work• Ensure all dispatched work orders (WOs) are executed and closed by field team.• Ensure a minimum of 99.5% availability on managed network provider (MTN, Airtel, 9mobile)• Project cost management• Ensure prompt monthly sign off acceptance with clients

Responsibilities:• Ensure all sites allocated by customers are accepted• Ensure quick deployment of warehouse team to the warehouse for installation material pick up according to MRF• Ensure Materials are deployed to the assigned sites timely.• Ensure that field installation team gets to the assigned sites on time and take inventory of deployed materials before installation commence.• All field installer (Project team) PPE pictures are collated to ensure safety measure are taken on site.• Monitor the project team and ensure installations are done according to customer specification/design.• Quality installation is our utmost priority as first time right policy is ensured. • Progress report is sent daily using either the tracker provided by customer or tracker prepared by myself showing progress of work done, challenges and possible completion date.• Ensure acceptance is done promptly and ready for invoicing.

* Responsible for Supervision of BTS/RBS & Transmission Equipment Installation from End to End (from installation to Acceptance/HO)* Coordinating & Carrying out necessary information collected from site installation & commissioning of BTS* Reporting all site issues associated with allocated sites proffering lasting solution* Reporting all necessary information collected from RBS and Transmission Sites to my coordinator and management * Ensure that the project is delivered on time, with quality and within the budget* Monitor and reporting progress of work done by MPI subcontractors.* Responsible for Zero Snags installation for all assigned sites and also responsible for clearing alarms and quality related issues.* Implementation of MPI/Ericsson Installation procedures and standards* Responsible for coordinating technical site survey report review and submission* Responsible for either local or remote assistance as regards any Ericsson RBS, LTE, CDMA and M/W troubleshooting/ Challenges* Working Knowledge with Ericsson Minilink Craft Terminal, BPFTP Server, RBS Element Manager (EMAS).* Proficient in the use of Microsoft office for quality reporting* Responsible for planning organising and supervising the work of subordinates & subcontractors during installation, modifications and testing of telecommunication systems.* Ensure duties are carried out following set standard and procedures * Ensure effective & efficient services is provided to Team as required in consultation with the manager * Ensure Job Completion checklist are correctly filled out and authorised to meet deadlines.* Weekly and monthly reports are prepared as required * Ensure that my team complies with the ethics, legal, Health and safety standard required as per organisation policy.* Quality Improvement are initiated and implemented.* Technical understanding of the areas of GSM Telecommunication: SWAP, Upgrade, Installation, commissioning integration, Acceptance ( Both BTS/RBS & M/W).

Responsibilities:• Ensure End to End project delivery such as : Material pickup from warehouse to site Coordinate installation team and ensuring materials deployed are complete. Ensure safety procedures are implemented before installations are done. Continuous follow up with field team to ensure all standard installation guide is practiced and also ensuring there is no snags on site. Send daily report to operations manager. Ensure site is ready for acceptance.
