My Work as a QUANTITY SURVEYOR/PERSONAL ASSISTANT/REAL ESTATE CONSULTANT/STORE MATERIAL MANAGER/QUARRY ADMIN. OFFICER, enabled me to working alongside supply vendors, Spare parts dealers, machine parts forgers, Operators of Heavy Equipment and Mechanics. To share their wealth of experience on how to handle and organize various material inventories on a Construction site. I have a 8(eight) years experience in Bill of Quantities Preparation, Valuation of Construction Works, Report writing, Construction Project Management, the Use of MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point, MS Outlook, and the Use of the Internet. I have Six(6) years Experience in Real Estate Development, Marketing and Construction works and a 1(One) Experience in Quarry Admin. Management, which includes Human and Material Management. I am a professional who has demonstrated sound work judgment, decisiveness, well-developed planning, analytical, and communication skills, and a consistently high level of performance in a variety of progressively responsible and challenging assignments. I am accustomed to a fast-paced environment where deadlines are a priority and handling multiple jobs simultaneously is a requirement. I enjoy a challenge and work hard to attain my goals. Constant communication with all levels of management has strengthened my interpersonal skills.
