• Prepare and pack items correctly for shipping to stores or contractors. Working closely with the Special Projects Design Team and Shipping and Logistics Department, ensuring all critical dates are met to enable smooth shipment process.• Efficiently send out any requests for additional/replacement items needed for stores on a day-to-day basis.• Complete any necessary paperwork, purchase orders and dockets accurately to ensure the smooth procurement of SP items globally.• Help in the organization of the prop room and to ensure that VM prop and stock items within the VM area are correctly accounted for on receipt and dispatch, to ensure stock takes and period reports are accurate.• Maintain the standards of the storage area to help enable effective stocktaking and maintain efficient working areas.• Manage the stock levels and costs of all props and equipment in the stocks/prop budget, including regular liaison with the Accounts department quarterly stock takes• Coordinate inbound foreign Shipments with Vendors/Forwarders.• Process in SAP International spares orders.• Maintain a clean and safe work area and update supplies as needed.• Create packing slips for International shipments.• Contribute and adhere to safety and quality.
