- I liaise with all the banks the company has accounts domiciled in.- Prepared transfer request on behalf of the company.- Ensured all transfer request after due approval were forwarded to the bank for processing and onward payment to all Contractors/Dealers.- In charge of ensuring all staff travel claims were in the right template after which its submitted for approval by the Unit Head.- Ensured that all credit and debit transactions were posted on the company’s internal accounting software (SAP) after it’s been duly coded by the Financial Accounts Unit.- Assisted the Financial Accounts Unit with the calculation of all incurred interest claims from the banks the company took an overdraft. -Prepared inflow checks and record before forwarding to the dispatch unit to lodge in the company accounts with the designated bank.

- A key partner company to in the distribution and sales of O! Noodles in calabar metropolis and its environs including uyo, ikom, ikot ekpene and ogoja. - Ensured all goods received were in order and in accordance with the invoices received. - Worked as a Team Lead to the ad-hoc staff. - Mobilized ad-hoc staffs in offloading goods from Containers into the warehouse. - Ensure all goods were transported from the warehouse to all key distributors in Calabar and other adjourning local government areas. - In charge of all containers of goods ordered from Lagos. - Handled the influx of Cash flow from Distributors. - Ensured Cash receipt were accounted for and given to the Accountant for onward forwarding to the bank.
