To take PO / inquiries from American buyers and negotiation with local vendors for quoting best pricesTo take tech packs, relevant samples, Color Standard from buyer after confirmation an order and send to vendor.To dispatch Color way lab dips/Fabric Knit down/Fit Samples/Pre production Samples to buyer for approval and follow up.To take day to day status of each order and send work in progress report to buyer weekly basis.To visit factories to review each product physical status and its quality.To push up vendors to make the delivery on time.To make booking arrangement with freight forwarder and vendor.To take daily report from Q.A. and to resolve their technical issues.To do pre shipment audit with Q.A. and report to buyer about the product quality before shipment.To send shipping/export documents to buyer via email after reviewing and correction if any.To send final audit report to buyer for his review and record.
