-Create, facilitate, and manage training programs across the various units within HCS/ALTSA-Update training materials to maintain high-impact delivery and consistency-Utilize data and technology to inform best practices and models for training -Collaborate with state office unit managers and regional program managers to create content presentation deliverables and assessments-Assess and refine training practices to best reflect audience and learning styles-Become informed and familiar with government policies and procedures regarding training practices, contractor retention, and program budgets
