I am an experienced renewable energy executive with a global mindset experienced in large listed multinational manufacturers. I am an entrepreneurial leader with highly developed stakeholder management skills used both up and down the organization. My techno/commercial leadership style challenges the status quo to find new ways to succeed, whilst bringing teams along by building loyalty and belief.I have built teams of people and processes to address discreet markets and market segments, and over time refined them recognizing the need for change as markets and value propositions change. In the utility scale segment, my business model started as an EPC & developer, then moved into solutions package provider and finally to a component supplier. In the commercial rooftop segment, a similar evolution occurred from EPC to engineered package then to components. For small scale/residential applications I built the channel strategy & organisation in order to recruit, train, grow and retain sales & installation dealers. Across APAC & LATAM, my bespoke geographic strategy development saw utility scale power plant contracts successfully executed with premium solar products in India, Vietnam and Australia valued at over US$275M. I built a baseline ‘turns’ business across APAC & LATAM that delivers weekly base revenue more than US$2M/week through dealer networks focused on commercial & residential rooftop solar installations.I envision the future and position my businesses and teams for success. This is what drove me to invest in Diamond Energy in 2012 (a gen-tailer on the NEM in Australia). This created opportunities and revenue streams by packaging hardware & energy offerings to residential end customers.
