CurrentFounder of retail chain stores specializing in retail and wholesale distribution of fine wine and coffee brand with a history spanning 34 years: • 2011 – Initiated and led corporate expansion of the Oby Lee Coffee brand to expand the company’s sales with combination Coffee & Wine Bar presence • 2011 - Opened Oby Lee Winery, Arlington Virginia at “The Reserve At Clarendon Centre” • 1994 - Purchased Landmark commercial property and build-out of the flagship store. Oby Lee Coffee Roastery & Creperie @ Rehoboth Avenue and Coastal Hwy. Dewey Beach, Delaware. • 1991 – Opened Oby Lee Espresso at Ocean Outlets-Bayside. • 1990 – Opened 2 satellite store locations ‘Anchored front & center’ at Ocean Outlets (now Tanger Outlets), Rehoboth Beach with the Developer/Owner of Gulf Stream Properties • 1989 - Founded Oby Lee Coffee Roastery, opening the first store location in Lewes, as Delaware’s 1st retail coffee roastery • Extensive travel to coffee producing regions including Wallenford Estate@ Jamaica Blue Mountains, Cafe’Brit @ Tarrazu Costa Rica, Kona Kai Farms, Hawaii, and throughout Central & South America • Established relationships with farmers in 12 countries to gain knowledge of the market variables and socioeconomic trends affecting each individual region
